The Pinfall Recall Hiatus Project
Hey Everyone!
I’m sure you’ve all noticed that we’ve been strangely silent over the past several weeks. It’s just been one giant ball of conflict we’ve simply been unable to avoid. Lots of big life stuff going on here in Pinfall Recall land, what with Milo prepping to start college, Ed returning for what must be his 35th year of college, Josh getting a massive promotion (to the point that he makes way more than me despite having never actually graduating from college), and me working my ass off so that I can eventually afford to send my children to college. Suffice it to say we’ve all found ourselves a bit overwhelmed.
Combine all that with the current state of Monday Night Raw, and we’ve all decided that we need a breather.
So with that being said, we are officially on hiatus and off the air for the next several weeks. But don’t despair! We are returning, and we have a hard date set for that return.
So let us have our month off, and come back on Tuesday, September 22nd, for our first Rawcast back. You bring your ears and we’ll bring the fire!
See you all soon!
Cliff and the rest of the Pinfall Recall Team!
Bryan Danielson signs with WWE
Top ROH star going to WWE, others may follow…
- ROH has sent out the following statement stating that Bryan Danielson has agreed in principle to a contract with WWE. Danielson has been one of ROH’s top stars since 2002 and is considered one of the best technical wrestlers in the world. WWE had Danielson under a developmental contract years ago but eventually released him. ROH On HDNet moving to Mondays has caused WWE to look at them a bit more seriously and has apparently caused WWE to look at the contract status of several of ROH’s top names.
Bryan Danielson has agreed in principle to a contract with World Wrestling Entertainment.
Bryan has been an exemplary talent and a wonderful member of the Ring of Honor locker room and family since the inception of the company. We couldn’t be happier for Bryan and all of his successes, many of which Ring of Honor has been proud to witness first hand.
We congratulate Bryan on the beginning of this next journey in his brilliant career, and wish him all the best as he progresses. Many Ring of Honor fans refer to Bryan as the “best in the world” and we look forward to looking on in earnest as he shows everyone watching the wrestling world’s biggest stage just why that is.
Bryan will appear as scheduled at all of the September Ring of Honor events. Please join us in Philadelphia, Dayton, Chicago, Boston, and New York as we say thank you and farewell to a truly one-of-a-kind talent.
